- STANDARD DELIVERY – ORDERS OVER £49: FREE
Our warehouse is open Monday – Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-1pm. Any orders placed on the weekend or out of these hours, will be processed the next working day. Orders are usually despatched 2-4 working days from the order date and you should receive an email from us to advise dispatch of your item.

Ensure all details are submitted correctly at the checkout point. Delays will occur if incorrect details are given. The customer will be held solely responsible if details are not submitted correctly and re-delivery charges will apply if your item has already left our warehouse.
** Please allow up to 10 working days for the couriers to ship your parcel. After this time, please make us aware and will be speak with the shipping provider**
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
Please note we do not accept International addresses Distribution centres through Petlife website Orders. This must be UK mainland address only.
If we receive an address which is outside the UK, distribution centre or depot this will be refunded, and your order will be cancelled.
